Stocknet Institute: Follow the Company Number Through a Name Change

A Stocknet Institute prop-firm search can surface an old company name alongside newer brand or website references. The UK company record 13258192 now names VENTURIA GROUP LTD and lists STOCKNET FX LIMITED as a previous name. That is useful identity evidence; it does not itself establish an available trading programme or the operator of every similarly named website.

What the register actually records

On 24 October 2026, Companies House showed company 13258192 as Active, incorporated on 11 March 2021. The previous-name table lists STOCKNET FX LIMITED for 11 March 2021 to 16 October 2025. The current registered name is VENTURIA GROUP LTD.

These are corporate-record fields. Active status does not establish a financial-services licence, an account offer, personal eligibility or a payment outcome. The register’s own accuracy notice also remains relevant; this guide does not audit the underlying filings.

A brand reference is a different observation

A public LinkedIn company profile headed Stocknet Institute links to siworld.io and describes a virtual funding and simulation environment. That is the profile’s published description, not an independent verification of its authorship or the website’s present services.

The SI World website did not return readable content in this check. We therefore have not verified its current terms, fees, programme availability or operator. A matching old company name in a copied document would not fill those gaps.

Build a three-track timeline

Keep one timeline for the company number and registered names, another for the brand and website being referenced, and a third for the exact account agreement. A date on one track should not silently replace a date on another.

In a fictional example, company number 12345678 changes its registered name in October, while a customer agreement was signed in June. The name change alone does not tell the reader whether that agreement was amended, transferred or ended. Those would require their own evidence. This invented number is not a Stocknet record.

Use the number without overstating the conclusion

The company number anchors the selected old and current registry names. It does not authenticate a website, prove ownership of a brand or confirm that a reader can purchase a particular service. Check the actual counterparty named in the applicable agreement.

This US-oriented English guide is a scoped record-reading resource. It has not opened an account or tested a payout. The optional HashHedge link concerns a separate programme; no Stocknet or Venturia relationship or entitlement transfers through that invitation.
